Home screen

The Home Screen allows you to navigate quickly using Shortcuts, view Device statuses, and track Recently added contents, Datasource alerts, and Device alerts.

  • You can use the sidebar to navigate or you can use the shortcuts. It's all depending on which is more comfortable.

From the Home Screen, you can access the following sections:

Devices​

Manage and monitor your online/offline devices and device groups.

Contents​

Create and manage your digital content effortlessly.

Files​

Organize and manage images, videos, sound files, and custom text fonts.

Channels​

A dynamic management system for controlling playback, timing, and organization of Playlists, Contents, Messages, Files, and File folders at scale.

Analytics​

Track everything happening on your site, from device metrics to proof-of-play reports and content activity.

Settings​

Manage all configurations related to your client.

Network​

Accessible only to users with Network Owner privileges or those with the "Can access network member" option enabled.

  • The Network system connects an Owner client with one or multiple Member clients.

Open items in a new browser tab​

Middle-clicking on a file, content, device, schedule, or channel card — or any of their folders — opens the item in a new browser tab. This works the same way as middle-click in other web applications and is useful when you need to inspect or edit multiple items side by side without losing your current view.
