Actual meeting

The Actual Meeting type ensures that the Meeting Room application displays the current meeting.
If no meeting is scheduled, it will instead show the preconfigured No Meeting Text.

Widget Style Options​

In the Actual Meeting settings block, you can customize the widget's appearance by selecting one of the following styles:

  • Elegant: The title is left-aligned, while the time is right-aligned.
  • Left Aligned: Both the title and time blocks are aligned to the left.
  • Center Aligned: The title and time blocks are centered within the widget.
  • Right Aligned: The title and time blocks are aligned to the right.

Additional Settings​

  • Show participants: Toggle whether to display the list of participants.
  • Show upcoming mMeeting: Enable or disable the display of the next upcoming meeting.

When Show upcoming meeting enabled, the upcoming meeting will only be shown if there is no current meeting and the upcoming meeting will start within the next 15 minutes.

No Meeting Text Settings​

In this section, you can configure the text that will be displayed when there is no actual meeting scheduled.

Customization Options​

  • Text Content: Set the message that will be shown when no meeting is active.
  • Font Settings:
    • Choose the font family.
    • Adjust the font size.
    • Set the font style (bold, italic, underline).
    • Select the font color.
  • Letter Spacing: Modify the spacing between characters for better readability.
  • Text Shadow: Apply a shadow effect to enhance text visibility.
  • Alignment Options:
    • Vertical Alignment: Adjust the text's position along the Y-axis.
    • Horizontal Alignment: Adjust the text's position along the X-axis.
