Registration via serial number cannot work with android devices.

-
Existing devices: Here you can select the device you wish to clone.
-
Name: You can name your cloned device. The default naming is
<existing device name>-migrated -
Destination folder: Automatically selects the folder in which the existing device is in.
-
Service ID: If the source device has a Service ID set, it is copied into this field automatically. You can keep, edit, or clear the value before saving.
A Service ID can only be assigned to one device at a time. To save the clone with the same Service ID as the source, enable Remove existing device after clone — removing the source frees the Service ID so it can be reused on the new device. -
Remove existing device after clone: Removes the original device after cloning. Required if you want to keep the source device's Service ID on the clone.
