Network Devices

As a network owner, this section provides a comprehensive overview of all devices across your entire network.

  • Here you can view and manage devices from all customers within your organization, giving you complete visibility and control over your digital signage infrastructure.

To access network devices, navigate to Network > Devices in the Wallboard interface.

Prerequisites

To manage network devices, you must have one of the following administrator roles:

  • Network Administrator
  • System Administrator

Device Actions

Each screen in your device list has an actions menu with helpful tools. Here's what each action does and when to use it:

Restart

Turns the screen off and back on again, just like restarting your computer.

Lock/Unlock

Prevents anyone from changing settings directly on the screen itself.

What happens:

  • When locked: The screen only shows your content - no one can access menus or settings
  • When unlocked: Authorized personnel can access the device settings locally

Send Command

Sends special instructions to your screen for advanced control.

  • Adjust volume levels
  • Change display settings
  • Perform special maintenance tasks

The command is sent immediately and the screen responds within a few seconds.

Content Management

Refresh Content

Force devices to download and display the latest content immediately.

Clear Cache

Clear device cache to resolve display issues or free up storage space.

Maintenance

Update

Push application updates to devices remotely.

Download Device Logs

Retrieve diagnostic logs for troubleshooting issues.

Remove

Remove devices from the network when they are no longer needed.
