Network Licenses
As a network owner, the license management section gives you complete control over how licenses are distributed and used across your entire network.
- You can order licenses to network members and ensure each location has the resources they need.
To access license management, navigate to Network > Licenses in the Wallboard interface.
Prerequisites
To manage network licenses, you must have one of the following administrator roles:
- Network Administrator
- System Administrator
View License Usage
See how licenses are being used across your entire network at a glance.
What you can see:
- Which network members are using licenses
- License orders
License Orders
Add new license orders to expand your network capacity as your organization grows.
Order management:
- Request additional licenses
- Track order status
- Apply new licenses to your pool
Approved licenses become available immediately after processing and can be distributed to members right away.
