Cloud Integration

In the Cloud Integration menu you can create and manage Google and Microsoft credentials.

Please note

This function only works if Google API is set on your server.

  • You can create a Google credential with the Add new button.

  • In the appearing modal you have to set the Name of the new credential.

    • As scope you can choose
      • Calendar
      • Drive
      • Spreadsheet
  • After that you can choose from two options, to Authenticate immediately or later.

  • Connected column shows if the credential is authenticated or not .


Actions on Google credentials

  • Authenticate credential Here you can authenticate the previously set credential.
  • Edit Google credential Here you can manage the credential
    • You can rename the credential
    • You can select teams to access the credential

If you choose calendar as scope you will see a Read only switch which determined whether the credential is allowed to modify calendar content (disabled by default) or not.

  • Remove credential With this button you can remove your credential
