User roles in editor version 1.12

Clients or Customers are the tenants of the system. You can have multiple users access one of the Client accounts.

Owner

• Manage, edit, crop/resize files
• Use online image selector, change file list item size, download files
• Edit cloud/shared folder structure, sync actions, AutoSync, create system datasource
• Access and modify content, loop and schedule editor settings
• Lock/unlock content groups, manage home screen content, preview and share content
• Manage notification channels, alert rules, advertisers, campaigns, cloud integration, and webhooks
• Edit internal datasource JSON, view datasources
• Access screen info (Rapid and High resolution previews), set emergency, connect shared folders
• Access Hotkeys Menu, Analytics, Proof of Play statistics
• View general settings, messages, browser sessions, and alerts
• Create, remove, and edit licenses and clients
• Manage white label (custom domain) settings

Technician

• Manage, edit, crop/resize files
• Use online image selector, change file list item size, download files
• Edit cloud and shared folder structure, sync actions, AutoSync, create system datasource
• Access and modify content, loop and schedule editor settings
• Lock/unlock content groups, manage home screen content, preview and share content
• See and manage notification channels and alert rules
