Streaming on Samsung
The Stream widget can show a network stream or an HDMI input in your content. On Samsung, playback depends on the supported signage model, the stream source, and its media format. First, check that your display is in the supported Samsung device list.
Choose a source
In the Stream widget's Source settings, choose the type that matches your source:

| HTTP video | A video stream available at an HTTP or HTTPS URL. |
| HTTP audio | An audio stream available at an HTTP or HTTPS URL. |
| UDP/RTSP | A network stream supplied over UDP, RTP, or RTSP. |
| HDMI Input | A physical HDMI input on a display that provides one. |

Check playback on your display
For codec, container, resolution, and frame-rate limits, consult Samsung's Signage Video Specifications for the relevant model generation. A supported codec in Samsung's specifications does not guarantee that every stream URL or encoding will play in Wallboard. Test the exact stream on the target display before deployment.
Samsung also documents simultaneous video playback limits by playback method and codec. If your page needs multiple video streams, test that combination on the target model.
SSSP2–SSSP5 models are outside Wallboard's current supported Samsung lineup. Codec tables for those models do not describe the compatibility of supported Wallboard clients.
