Supported File Formats on Windows

Windows offers extensive customizability, allowing any video codec to be installed and thus supporting a wide range of formats.

• As a general rule, Windows devices can play the same videos as Android devices and even more, thanks to the broader selection of codecs available on Windows.
• However, it's important to note that limitations on stream playback on Windows are related to streaming protocols rather than codecs.

Please note

• Windows devices can only play HTTP type streams.
  • UDP and RTSP streams are not supported on Windows devices
• HTTP streams with password protection are only available on Windows and Android platforms.
