Mismatched Server URL
If you're experiencing issues connecting to the server, one of the most common causes is a mismatched or incorrect server URL.
-
This can happen due to typos, outdated links, or incorrect environment settings.
-
Ensure that the server URL is properly formatted, including the correct protocol (e.g.,
https://
vshttp://
), domain, port (if applicable), and path. -
Double-check that the correct URL is being referenced to the server where you have your user account registered.
-
If you're using a custom domain, verify that the server URL matches the domain assigned to your tenant. (e.g.,
mycompany.wallboard.us
) -
Make sure you’re using the right domain ending — mixing up .info, or .us can cause connection problems or send you to the wrong server.
