Scheduling - Content / Slide Pages
OnlyPlay is a flexible scheduling system that allows you to pre-define the exact hours, days, dates, or time periods when your items are active.
- Make sure the time zone settings of your device is configured correctly so the Scheduling can keep your settings!
- Default page scheduling support begins with UI version 1.12.1046 and System version 1.12.954 released on January 10th of 2025.

Where can I set Scheduling?
You can find Set Scheduling
option in the Properties sidebar on the left side of the Content Designer.
- Find the Dynamic Pages settings then select the
Set Scheduling
option.
How to use the Scheduling modal?
In Set Scheduling
modal you have to define at least 1 only play segment to your content page.
Basic Scheduling settings
Always
This option is enabled by default, it means the page will play indefinitely without end date or time restrictions.
Play Indefinitely
If you disable the Always option this will be enabled by default, ensuring your content page is always active from the given start date.
- If you disable this feature, you will need to set an end date for your content page.
Precise start and end times
This option is disabled by default, which means the page can play all day long from 12:00AM to 11:59PM.
- If you enable this option, you have to define a time interval for your content page
Every Day
This default setting keeps your content page active every day of the week.
- If you turn it off, you must select at least one day for the content page to run in the Affected days.
Advanced Scheduling settings
Excluded
Disabled by default. When enabled, your content page will not play during the specified interval.
Allow Partial starting segment
While the Start hours are later than the End hours, allow segments that only last after midnight on a given day.
- This option appears only if the All day option is disabled, and the From-time is later than the Start-time.
Allow Partial ending segment
While the End hours are later than the Start hours, allow segments that only last before midnight on a given day.
- This option appears only if the All day option is disabled, and the From-time is later than the Start-time.
Allow day of a week overflow
While the Start hours are later than the End hours, allow the part after midnight to go over the next day if the next week day is not selected.
- This option appears only if the All day option is disabled, and the From-time is later than the Start-time.
- Cannot be enabled if the

is disabled
Multiple scheduling blocks
Copy Interval
Duplicate the current interval block to create a new one.
Add Interval
Add a new only play block.
The Scheduling setting on a content page can be stacked and duplicated.
- It will play according to the summary of your settings.
Examples
Simple reversed type affected hours setup
Affected days: Mon - Sun
Affected hours: 13:00 - 00:00
The item will play every day from 1 PM to 12 AM (13:00 - 00:00)
Allow partial ending segment
Affected days: Mon - Sun
Affected hours: 14:00 - 05:00
With the Allow partial ending segment function, the item can complete the last day's last segment before midnight.
Allow partial starting segment
Affected days: Mon - Sun
Affected hours: 14:00 - 05:00
With the Allow partial starting segment function, the item can complete the first day's first segment after midnight.
Allow day of a week overflow
Affected days: Mon - Sat
Affected Hours: 14:00 - 05:00
With the Allow day of a week overflow function, the item can complete the last affected day's last segment before midnight and it allows the item to finish itself in the next day after the last affected day even if it is not an affected day.
Excluded
Affected days: Mon - Sun
Affected Hours: 10:00 - 15:00
With these settings, the page will play outside the selected intervals. (15:00 - 00:00 and 00:00 - 10:00)
