Quick Filter Folder
For example, it can contain all the files that have the letter "b" in their names or sort by file type.
It can be created in the File manager.

 | • Name You must provide a name for your quick filter folder in order to save it • Restrict resulting folder to teams Only the selected teams will see the filter folder in the file manager • Folder to filter in: / when you click on the "Show explorer" a section will appear (see picture below) where you can select which folder you want to use for filtering. Subfolders (if applicable) will also be listed • Search in child folders as well With this option enabled you can search inside sub-folders • File name contains If you fill this field the files will undergo filtration based on their name • Has tags Allows you to enter tags separated by commas for filtering • Valid files only If switched on the folder will contain all the valid files • Are files valid by default If switched on, files that do not have validity will be handled as valid, and will be gathered into the quick filter folder • Restrict filter input by teams Only those files will be filtered out which is available for the selected teams |
Once created the Quick Filter Folder will look like this:
The blue button on the bottom right corner will popup the File quick filter window so it can be modified anytime.
