Flagship functionalities

• Custom apps are fully supported in the 1.12 server version, and we're committed to making them even more seamless with future updates.

• User roles and Hide UI functionality have been reworked to provide access to more features for certain roles.

• Content editor settings have been reworked in UI profiles:
  • Users can change Designer UI Rules if ENABLED in SYSTEM UI settings and inherit is set at all rule levels.
  • Designer UI Rules cannot be changed if DISABLED in SYSTEM UI settings or inherit is not set at all rule levels.
• We've implemented cutting-edge technologies to enhance security and performance, with significant overhauls for optimal efficiency.

Statistics Data Retention

• Audience statistics will be removed from the system and replaced with Custom asset reporting.
• Form data reporting will also be removed from the system.
• System integrations in Administrator > System integrations is no longer available.

Make sure to back up your data if you wish to preserve historical records.

System and Content Management

• Selectors in the Network window will be removed:
  • License packages selector.
  • Auto-approve functionality.
• System Dashboard:
  • The refresh function will be removed from the 1.12 UI.
  • Removed Client name, Client contact, Order date, Content limit, Client limit, User limit, Datasource limit, Schedule limit from Administrator > Licenses.
• Site Settings: The Self registration option will be removed.
• Edge Server: The Secret key setting will be removed.
• SSO Settings:
  • Enable user authentication with email only will be removed.
  • Enable automatic user creation with role and customer info will be removed.
  • Enable public user registration will be removed.
  • Removed Settings > Users > Auth provider column.
• Webhook Management: Support for multiple targets will be introduced.
• Content Management:
  • The option to move Schedule and Content to a different customer will be removed.
  • Content can no longer be deleted when set as default Content in a Schedule.
• Email Field: The Receiver email field will be removed from the Content tab of the Editor interface.

Datasources

• Redirect Handling: Datasources will always follow redirects, as the Follow redirect option will be removed.
• Live Data Category: The Live data category will be removed; all previously selected datasources will now be classified as standard external global datasources, ensuring existing configurations remain unaffected.
  An RSS feed list will be provided in the knowledge base for users needing global datasources.
• Users can no longer change the datasource type of an already existing external datasource.
• Admins can no longer change Client when editing a datasource from the Admin menu.
• Admins can no longer change System wide settings when editing a datasource from the Admin menu.

Version 2.0 Beta

Our mission with the 2.0 UI is to deliver a seamless, intuitive, and visually stunning experience, ensuring that every interaction with our system is both efficient and enjoyable.
With the release of version 1.12, the BETA testing platform for 2.0 is now available!

Important Changes in 2.0

• N8N Module: This module will be deprecated and removed from servers where it is not in use. Integrations based on the N8N API or database will break in 2.0.
  Users are advised to migrate these integrations to custom solutions.
• PM2 Modules: These modules will also be deprecated and removed in future major releases.
  Users should plan to migrate their PM2 modules to custom applications.
