Schedule is not appearing on devices

Device has no assigned content

Schedules will not work if the device has no assigned content in it.

  • To avoid schedule outage, please create a fallback content and assign it to the device.
  • This way, if one Schedule finished and the other is not started yet, the device will not show blank screen.

Device license tier

Device license is not eligible to play the content type selected in Schedule

  • For example: Content type schedule will not work on Devices with lite license.

Common Scheduling related issues:

  • Device time zone is not correctly set. Check your timezone of the device, when you use scheduling.

  • Check Scheduling settings, like affected days, end date, complex scheduling, exclude, etc...

Wrong schedule plays on my device

Schedule is prioritized by a value called Priority. Higher number will play first.

  • Check if the desired schedule has greater priority than other schedules.

  • Check if the desired schedule is not affected by another schedule's settings.

  • Check if the device is in the Where to play section of the schedule.
