What Data Does Wallboard Store?

Wallboard stores Facebook-related data only at the data source and credential level:

  1. Data Sources - Contains:

    • Facebook page/group feed URLs
    • Access tokens (if applicable)
    • Cached Facebook posts and images
  2. Credentials - Contains (if OAuth is used):

    • Facebook access tokens
    • User authorization details
Important

Wallboard does NOT store Facebook user data in any other location. Everything is contained within the data source and its associated credential.

How to Delete User Data

Step 1: Delete the Data Source

  1. Locate the Facebook data source in your Wallboard account
  2. Delete the data source

This removes:

  • All Facebook content and cached data
  • Associated permissions
  • All related configurations

Step 2: Delete the Credential (if applicable)

If the data source used a Facebook credential:

  1. Locate the Facebook credential
  2. Delete the credential

Complete Data Removal

Once the data source and credential are deleted, all Facebook user data is permanently removed from Wallboard.
There are no other storage locations to clean up.
